Sharon H. Smith

Sharon H. Smith, a poet-writer and former book designer, lives in San Francisco with her husband and frequent collaborator, architectural photographer David Wakely.  She is curious, seeks out new experiences, and has a drive to share them. She fills her heart weekly as a volunteer with Food Runners and champions Creativity Explored. She has long participated in Laguna Writers San Francisco, hosted writing retreats and workshops at her home in West Sonoma County, and produces the Birdland Journal, She is currently working on a poetic travel photo memoir project with her husband, and her work has appeared in Haunted Waters Press, Juddhill, Gravel Literary Journal, Tell Us a Story and Eunoia Review, KQED Perspectives, and other publications.
